  • Once a user has been granted access to any digital course, video content, live session, or study material, no refund or cancellation will be permitted.

  • This includes access provided via:

    • Login credentials

    • WhatsApp / Telegram groups

    • Recorded or live sessions


3. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment debited but course access not provided within a reasonable time

  • Transaction failure where amount is debited but service is not delivered

All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by Stoxifyy.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to attend sessions due to personal reasons

  • Dissatisfaction with learning pace or outcomes

  • Market losses or trading performance

  • Partial course completion or non-usage of content


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Users cannot cancel a course after successful enrollment and access.

  • Any cancellation request made after content access is provided will not be eligible for a refund.


6. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • Razorpay processing timelines may apply.
